Chromecast setup without remote

Hey

i have this chromecast gtv and i lost my remote

Im stuck on the setup screen i have tried almost everything but just cannot get past it

Bought a type c hub recognises the mouse but the screen just doesnt change

Im out of options at this point

You should be able to use your phone as a remote control:

No u cannot during setup

That was the first thing I did

That's a shame, would expect that to be listed. In that case, you'll need to order a replacement remote:

Coldrazer, yes, the setup of the Chromecast with Google TV only relies on the Chromecast Voice Remote. If you lost your Voice Remote, you can click on the link provided by davidking to purchase it from our Google Store. Feel free to let us know if you still have other questions and concerns.
