Humidity targets nest gen 4

I have a nest Gen. 4 hooked up for whole house humidity (April air) and it does turn on the humidifier and turn it off, but I'd like to be able to see the levels that it's targeting for the humidity. I don't believe is actually adjusting humidity based on outside temperature. Is there a way to see nest gen4 thermostat changing (targets) the humidity levels?

I appreciate your question regarding how to view real-time humidity targets and how they correlate with outdoor temperatures; I’m happy to help you with this.

By default, your humidifier and dehumidifier are enabled, and you can customize your preferences through the Google Home app or your thermostat's display. Here is how to view and manage those settings:

Using the Google Home app:

Tap Home, then Climate.
Select your thermostat.
Go to Settings, Select Farsight then Choose a Farsight display.
Toggle the switch to turn Farsight on.
Select your preferred Farsight face (choose a display layout that shows humidity (e.g., indoor temp, humidity, and time).
Tap Customize.

On the thermostat display:

Press the ring of your Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen to open the Quick View menu.

To check current humidity levels:

You can monitor humidity directly through the Google Home app:

Open the Google Home app and tap the Devices or Favorites tab.
Select your thermostat.
The screen will display the current Indoor temperature, Indoor humidity, and Outdoor temperature.
To view your history: Scroll down and select the Energy dashboard to track your data by day, week, or month. This allows you to compare your heating usage with indoor temperature and humidity levels.

Thanks for the response. Under the section smart humidity that you have outlined , I don't have the step 3 tap settings, preferences, humidity helper. I have something similar under NEST SENSE, humidity helper and a toggle switch called smart humidification. I have had that on prior to my comment on this thread, but I do not see my humidity levels versus time on the history view of the energy dashboard. I just see my heat usage bar graph. I must have some option not set correctly.

I’m sorry to hear that you are still unable to see the humidity levels versus time in the Energy Dashboard history. First, let’s double-check that the humidifier is fully enabled in the app:

Open the Google Home app.
Tap Home, then Climate, and select your thermostat.
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
Select Thermostat, then tap Humidity.
Ensure Enable humidifier (or dehumidifier) is toggled on and adjust your preferred humidity level.

Regarding step 3: the settings are located in the top right corner of the screen after you select your thermostat. Look for the gear icon next to your thermostat's name. When you tap it, a menu will appear; select Temperature preferences, then Humidity Helper, and finally tap the Smart Humidity switch. Don’t worry, though—since you have already found an alternative way to access the Smart Humidity switch, you are on the right track and can proceed from there.

Now, please return to your Energy dashboard, select a specific day, and check if the heat, indoor temperature, and indoor humidity data are visible. If they are still missing, please post a screenshot in this thread showing what you see so I can investigate further.

There is no option to see a bar graph of humidity. If the nest gen 4 should plot this I'm setting it up wrong somewhere. The system will not allow me to upload a image so I can't show you what I see, which is just temperature.
