    <description>&lt;P&gt;is anyone else having problems connecting to their thermostat cameras and sensors mine are just spinning. I have to force the app closed restart it and I get a little bit of connectivity, but then it goes out again. Can’t connect to any of my settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Could you please confirm which specific thermostat and camera models you have? (e.g., Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Cam (Battery), etc.)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Is the loading circle happening on all your devices simultaneously, or just a few?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Does the app work better if you turn off Wi-Fi and use cellular data instead?&lt;/LI&gt;
