Hi @GeorgeB ,

Try restarting your phone and if you still can't open your app, delete and reinstall it.

I did all that plus deleting my Google Home and making a new one and also restarting my Nest thermostat. Also tried logging onto the Nest app directly and through Google but it won’t accept my logon
