Notifications for temperature changes are not supported in Google Home ecosystem at the moment. We do have a range of sensor states that you can use to send proactive notifications to Nest Hubs through your Google Home project, however the functionality is not available for ambient temperature.

Can I get a notification when the outdoor temp is estimated well below or above set temp for a period of time.

Tonight for example house 74, set to 73, weather is 64 till 11am.

I know automatic windows are beyond luxurious and I am sure home builders aren't all to thoughtful to the psychometrics of window currents and every weather app I download laggy.
