    <description>&lt;P&gt;Jennifer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also &amp;nbsp;having similar issue with ADT / hub. ADT control was originally installed on new hub purchased 1/8/26 by ADT service tech when alarm was installed. &amp;nbsp;On 1/22/26 with the assistance of ADT &amp;nbsp;we set up the ADT control app on spouse's I Phone. &amp;nbsp;For some reason had to change the password to make the app work. Once that was done the caution icon appeared &amp;nbsp;on the hub screen indicating the hub was trying to connect to ADT. &amp;nbsp;Eventually the icon disappeared and so did the ADT icon. Since then have been on phone with ADT advanced team in attempt to restore the ADT function. After 2 hours and trying everything they could still no ADT function on hub. &amp;nbsp;Receive the following error message every time after performing the last step of logging in on the ADT screen. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The requested URL was rejected. &amp;nbsp;Your support ID and etc. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Error 500 - Internal Server Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David Lynn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ADT not wanting to reconnect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I used to have ADT synced to my google home but about a month ago I noticed that it quit working. I did a little research and read where it said to unlink the two and link them back together so that’s what I tried to do. After unlinking them I have yet to be able to re link them. Is anyone else having issues? Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Is there a special trick to link the ADT system to Google home that maybe I’m not remembering? Any help would be appreciated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Despite trying to re-link the two services, the connection attempt was unsuccessful. I appreciate you taking the time to search for a solution and try to troubleshoot this issue. &lt;P&gt;To better investigate this situation, please provide the following information:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Could you confirm if you received any error messages when you tried to link your Google Account within the ADT app?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the Google Account linked to your Google Home app the same one you use for your ADT account?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you tried re-linking your apps by using a different mobile device?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, I suggest you try the following steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that your mobile operating system, the Google Home app, and the ADT app are all running the latest available versions.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure your Google Account is completely unlinked from the ADT app settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Sign out of the ADT app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the ADT app from your phone, and then reinstall it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Open the reinstalled ADT app and link your Google Account one more time.
