Desconexión de wifi

Hace 3 meses que intento hablar con ustedes por un error en mi ChromeCast 4k y no tengo respuesta.

Se desconecta solo el wifi.
Estoy viendo una serie o un video y aparece el cartel arriba a la derecha de “se perdió laconexión a internet” entro a la configuración y aparece apagado el wifi. SOLO se apaga.

En su momento me habían dicho que estaba el Chrome Cast lejos del módem. Pero ahora está a menos de 3 metros y se desconecta con más frecuencia.
Lo restauré de fábrica y no ayudó en nada.
Me pueden dar una solución por favor? Se desconecta más de 10 veces al dia.

No tengo fotos, y no tengo un reclamo ya que cuando pasa el error está sin internet y no me deja reclamar.

Can you confirm if your device is a Chromecast with Google TV (4K) or a Google TV Streamer (4K)?
Could you share a photo of the Wi-Fi error message your Chromecast is displaying?
Could you verify if your Chromecast has the latest system update? You can check this by following these steps:

Go to the Home screen of your Chromecast device.
Select Settings > System > About > System update.
