Help with the toshiba 55L421U

So basically my toshiba 55L421U was owned by someone else and now they gifted it to me but the problem is that its on a blue screen with a code and I already tried to get it hooked up to wifi but I have no remote so is their a way to disconnect it from the buttons so I could connect it.
