Drive times no longer working

Does anyone know why Google home will no longer tell you how long it takes to drive to a certain place? I've always asked how long it will take me to get to places so I can plan my drive but now it tells me that it cannot give me directions. Obviously I'm not asking for directions, just drive time

What kind of environment is the device in? For example, is it noisy, normal, or quiet?
Where is the device placed?
Does the same issue occur when others are speaking to the device?

I am not longer able to get commute information in my automations. It has been working for several years, 5+.
