i got chromecast so i could get HBO max on my Chromebook iOS. Everything was going good, i made an account and paid and everything but when it went to send me to the home page of HBO max to browses a msg pooped up that said "google cant open this on iOS" when the HBO max website says it should with no issue.
did i miss a step or something? please help

so we need more information abot you situation.

like generetion of you devices.

and if you already did some updates on chromecast.

maybe a hard reset can help you but i dont know

you can try.

Gallaxy, how's it going? Have you tried the suggested step provided by lSawl? You may also try to cast using a different mobile device and reinstall the HBO Max app. Rebooting your mobile device might also help.

Also, if the issue is isolated when using the HBO Max app, please contact the app developer for further help.
