Start routine through actuator

Can I start a routine in google home, for example, when a (Aqara) door contact gives the message "Door open" - sound output on google home speaker. Or a motion detector reports "motion", then lamp "on"?

I don't believe that it's possible using Google Home alone...yet. The key being "I don't believe", because I could be wrong. The reason is that there is no Starter in Google Home for motion detected, door opened, or similar. Today, it would require using a hub and controlling the automation there - like the Aqara hub or others. Or using IFTTT (If This Then That) creating an automation IF door open THEN turn lamp on.
