My google points in the app keep turning off and the wifi won’t work any solutions

Hey Miguel0505,

Thanks for reaching out.

A few questions:

Is your Google Wifi or Nest Wifi child point connected directly to a power outlet?
Is the parent point online?
How many Google Wifi points do you have?
What's the color of the light on the parent and child points?
Is the setup network available in the Wi-Fi connections list?
Were there any changes on the network? (Example: Moved to a different location, new Internet Service provider (ISP) or modem)
How far away the troubled child point is from the parent point?

Give these steps a try:

Disconnect the power from the modem.
Disconnect the Ethernet cable and power cord from the parent point.
Disconnect the power cord from the child point.
Leave everything unplugged for 2 minutes.
Connect the power to the modem and allow the modem to fully power on before proceeding. This process can take up to a minute.
- All light indicators should be solid colors.
- Connect the Ethernet cable, then the power cable to the parent point. Wait until it’s fully back online.
Connect the power cord to the child point(s).
