Hi, I've had a third party thermostat that uses smart life, tuya etc as it's native app which then links to my Google home account. Until now it has worked perfectly. Google home now says the thermostat cant be set to that temperature and the stat screen in google home displays as below. I have tried the usual remove re add etc to no avail. Anyone come across this and know a fix?

Hey Phillymanilly,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's figure this out.

A few questions: were there any recent changes or updates on your network and apps? When did it start? Also, is your thermostat still working on its native app?

Give there steps a try:

Try reboooting your Google Home and router to refresh the connection.

Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.

Make sure your apps are updated.

Use the command" OK Google, sync my devices"

If the issue persists, try resetting your Google Home to its default settings.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Alex
