Fiz a conexão do contatto PPA com o home google, viculou a conta, tudo certo. Porém ao tentar utilizar o home para abrir ou fechar o portão apresenta uma mensagem de "algo deu errado" e não executa a automação. Alguém tem alguma solução?

Can you control other smart home devices connected to the Google Home app without issue?
Can you control the Contatto PPA gate directly from its own app?
Have there been any recent changes to your home network?
Have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps? If so, what were they?
Is the Google Home app updated?

Estou com o mesmo problema. Aproveitando para responder a pergunta que fez aos questionamentos, no meu caso.

1. Consigo controlar o portão através do aplicativo alexa;

2. Consiga controlar outros dispositivos pelo Google Home, somente o que for provado é o contato ppa.
