Restarting devices doesn’t fix. Start at over 800mbps down 120mbps up. Today at 150mbps/25mbps. This is the second time I’ve observe this. Somehow fixed it about a month ago don’t know what I did to fix it unless it was some kind of update, but problem has re-surfaced.
