&lt;P&gt;A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Is this only happening with Netflix or across all apps? Are you getting any messages when casting from Netflix?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Clear the cache and data of the Netflix app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reinstall the Netflix app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Cast from different Chromecast-enabled apps.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you're using an iOS device, please turn on the Local Network Access.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your Wi-Fi router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/39thY6w" target="_blank"&gt;Reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try to use a different mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2WJrahO" target="_blank"&gt;Factory reset&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
