SO HOT IN MY HOUSE

Help, every day it gets 78+ degrees in my house and takes 3 hours to get it down to 72 degrees and we like it below 70!! I just got a new AC and furnace last year so I know it's not that. I feel like it's this stupid nest. Do I have it on wrong settings? My schedule is set to what the temperature I want at the time but it's not working. What could it be? Help I'm desperate even my new born is sweating which is NOT good

I am having the same issue and my unit is 2 years old. After troubleshooting shooting with customer service and was told it was not the Nest I spent hundreds to have my unit serviced just to have the same issue 2 days later. It is the Nest that is defective.
