Doesn't act on command

While already playing a station on pandora I ask google to change the music to a particular different station on pandora and it responds in the affirmative, however it doesn't act and nothing changes. It does this often for other commands as well.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you're having issues on your Google Home/Nest devices. A few questions: when did the issue start? What specific Google Home/Nest device do you have? How often does it happen? How far is your device from your router?

Please try these steps below:

Move your Google Home/Nest device within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
Reboot your Google Home/Nest device and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
