Home disappeared with all saved devices

I had a Home setup with wifi, rooms, devices, etc and now everything is gone. The app is asking me to create a home and I really don't want to setup every single device again. How can this be recovered?

Are you absolutely sure you are signing onto the Google Nest app or the Google Home app with the same username and password you were previously using?
