Specific mp3 file on Mobil device

Hi, I'd like to play a specific MP3 file on my phone durring a routine. I can get the file to play through spotify. I tried making a Playlist with a unique name and typing that into the what "music would you like to play" prompt but to no avail. Any ideas?

Playing uploaded music is only available from a premium YouTube music subscription.
