I cannot get my Nest Camera Battery to charge. I have it hooked up to a USB charger but it wont charge?

Some other customers in this forum have reported that their new Google Nest Camera (Battery) will not charge with the charging cord that comes with the camera. If you have your charging cord plugged in with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera and it still won't charge, perhaps you have either a defective camera or defective charging cord and should contact Google Nest Support for a replacement:
