Use Nest Speaker to Output Google TV Audio

Hi there,

Would be possible to reliable use a Nest Speaker or Speaker Group to output the audio from Google TV? I can currently use pairing via Bluetooth and that works to some degree but always at some stage cuts out and then needs to be re-connected manually. Would be possible to set up a speaker or speaker group to output the Google TV audio reliably via Wifi with a persistent connection? It would also be good in this regard if the TV's audio could also still be used at the same time.

Hi RalphS,

As this is a community forum supported by other users and community specialist's we don't know for sure what Google has planned for the future.

I have seen rumors that using Nest audio speakers with the Chromecast with Google TV is a feature that might be available soon.

Thank you linking the article. It would make a lot of sense especially since Google is selling the 2 products bundled on the Google Store as well.
