My nest doorbell is going offline quite a bit. Is it on a timer and how do I get it to stay on. It is fully charged

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? What’s the status light of your Nest Doorbell (battery)? How far is the doorbell from the router? Also, were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
