Problem with thermostats

Still having problems with the thermostats. Says that they are off line and I have to manually switch them on and off. I’ve read that some routers are not compatible with the thermostats. Any help appreciated

Still having problems. Thermostats still show as off line. Would there be a problem with the modem itself as I believe that some are not compatible with the Nest thermostats

I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues reconnecting your Nest thermostat to your Wi-Fi network. I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

To isolate:

What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
How far away is your thermostat from your router?
What's the make and model of your router?
