why does my nest thermometre work when i switch on heating but ten when i turn control down to 9 degress dosnt switch of i checked received box and all lights steady

Hi @tinawena

This is the Home Automation forum, not the Nest Thermostat Forum but does the Thermostat show the correct temperature in the room?

And what do you exactly mean by it doesn't switch off? 🙂
