Google Home Won't Recognize Govee Devices

I recently created a Govee account and added outdoor string lights to it. However, when I log into my Govee account from Google Home>Settings>Works with Google, Google says "there are no devices in your Govee account". I've tried rebooting the router, deleting/reinstalling the Govee app, deleting/reinstalling the Govee lights and also verified it's the correct account. Anyone else having this issue with Govee? Any success stories correcting it?

I have a Govee light strip and I've lost connection to hem from both Google home app and Amazon Alexa

Hi folks,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

Few questions: Is this the first time linking your Govee Home smart devices to Google Home? What Google Home/Nest devices do you use? Are all devices on the same WiFi network?

Since you have done almost all the necessary steps, try the steps on this article, it has helped us a lot and tell me how it goes.

Note: the partner themselves manages the URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app. Issues encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners are expected to support the integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.
