New router cant connect

Can anyone help me connect to my new router. I don't want a factory reset and can't change WiFi connection and hame won't forget it. Why can't it be simpler? Please help. Thank you.

To clarify, is it a Google Wifi or Nest Wifi router? Here's how to check:

Assuming it is, what exactly is the problem? Is it setup successfully? What are you trying to do?

No thank you I'm grateful for all the kind of advice but it actually connected on the 3rd day after alot of trys it finally connected.
