Gaana is not working on nest mini.

I have connected my Gaana plus account to my nest mini and still, it's not playing anything it's working perfectly with jio saavan but not with Gaana. Anyone facing the same issue??

Same issue. The circle keeps making a round round but cast is not happening. Earlier it was casting and now it stopped all of a sudden.

Hi folks,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

What are the voice commands that you're giving? Could you specify, please? Let’s also verify the correct music service is linked to your Google Home app, follow these steps:

Open the Google Home app.
In the upper right corner of the Home screen, tap Account .
Make sure that the Google Account listed is the one linked to your device. To switch accounts, select the alternate email address; if available.
Tap Assistant settings and then Music.
To choose your default service, tap the linked music service, then tap the radio button to the left of the service.

If your concern involves your personal playlist, kindly rename it.

If needed be, please unlink and re-link your Gaana music service from your Home app. Click here: Link your music services and set your default service.

When everything comes up short, I suggest we do a factory reset to revert your Google Home/Nest devices to its default and original settings. Setting it up again is a must. Follow this link Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays.

I have tried all the solutions that you mentioned and it's bad to say but none of them are worked for me.
I have tried it couple of times too.

Thanks for letting us know.

Have you contacted Gaana support about this? What is the exact voice command you're trying to give? We need to narrow things down since JioSaavn is working with your Nest Mini.

I need you to uninstall and reinstall your Gaana app. Afterwards, go to your Home app and link your Gaana account.

I am facing the exact same issue on my Nest audio and Nest mini. Looks like Gaana has ended support for Google assistant integration. Can’t blame them, the company is almost bankrupt. It’s most certainly an economic decision from Gaana to not pay Google. Spotify and Apple Music are the only reliable music streaming services in India.

But the same is supported in amazon alexa smoothly.. May be some issue with Google mini.. As post command google says playing music from gaana but didn't play anything even manually its not supporting..

But Apple Music and Spotify is still working smoothly on Google nest devices. Only Gaana is not working. And this problem began the day Gaana ditched free streaming to avoid shutdown.

I have tried every step. Nothing works. My suspicion is Gaana ended integration with Google to save some money. Every other music streaming service works perfectly fine with Google nest devices

I'm curious. has anyone had the chance to contact Gaana about this? Upon reviewing, every other music and radio platforms are working except for Gaana.

Thanks for the additional info. It looks like this is isolated on Gaana since other music providers are working. It would be best to reach out to Gaana support for more info about this.
