Nest Secure compliance with Matter

Will Nest Secure be updated for compliance with Matter? Since Google discontinued Nest Secure it leaves owners without options to add door/window sensors (Nest Detect). If Nest Secure receives a Matter update it would help existing users the option to purchase alternatives for door/windows sensors.
