@Wickedreset, thanks for posting, I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. A few things: what is the make and model of the smart plug? What is the exact message that you are getting every time you link the smart plug? Could you attach a photo showing it?

Below are the steps on how to upload a photo:

Start a new post.
Click Insert Image.
Choose an image source location.
Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
