j have all my google products and works with set up all the way I want it, all was good.

Then my son moved back in and sent a request to join the party, but I ignored it.

few months on, somehow he has joined and made himself a manager on my google account and is now changing things and messing up my system,

How do I stop this and remove and block him?

There should be no way for anyone to join your Google Nest "household" without an invitation from you.

You can remove members of your Google Nest "household":

Thanks for posting.

@MplsCustomer is correct. Your son cannot access or join your Google Home system unless there’s an invite or added his account straight to your Google Home app. Follow the provided link above for you to know who are with you as home members and from there you can decide if you want to remove them.
