My LG sl8yg soundbar wall cannot be updated when it is added to Google Home. Google Home prompts that updates are being installed, but the soundbar wall does not prompt that updates are being installed. Google home prompts whether your assistant will respond after the installation is completed, but the echo wall does not. I checked my network, reset my soundbar, and reconnected, but the same problem occurred.

Quick questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you trying to connect you LG SL8YG soundbar to the Chromecast device?
