topic Household routine device starter, physical button compatibility in Home Automation

Hello,

I have several smart home devices like SwitchBot curtains, wiz smart bulbs, gosund/broadlink smart outlets hooked up to lamps/a stereo, a midea air conditioner with google home compatibility. I can craft routines with these various devices but I can only activate them with my voice, a date/time, snoozing an alarm. What I REALLY want is to use physical buttons to start customized routines. Buttons made by like Broadlink, Flic, etc. I was extremely excited to see device starters. I am really tired of having to go through IFTTT to start these routines completely bypassing google. However the device starters are not compatible with these buttons. I think thats a bit ridiculous, like youre intentionally going around the most common sense desired feature. Please either add this feature or manufacture your own buttons!! Ugh.
