Nest thermostat

Hi, I have a gen 2 nest thermostat and it won’t turn on even when on charge for a few days, it just flashes green, then when I do manual reset and hold it down for ten seconds it flashes red for a while then goes back to green. Does anyone know if this issue is resolvable? Thanks in advance
