    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Juni,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just rebooted no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Chromecast with Google TV 4k is the device showing the advertisements on YouTube and YouTube Music, I am a premium subscriber&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I use an alternate handle to use YouTube that is associated with the same Google Account&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- Android TV OS 12, Security Patch July 1, 2022&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- Kernel Version 4.9.269&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- Only on YouTube and YouTube Music which I pay a premium for specifically to avoid advertisements&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- Issue has been ongoing for a few months&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- It used to only occur when casting via voice from a google home device, I have all models and outcome was the same on them all&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- If I casted from phone or computer no ads would display in between videos or songs, now every 2-3 I see an ad or two&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I have&amp;nbsp;tried to isolate the issue and it is clearly a software server side issue not recognizing&amp;nbsp;premium accounts&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I have recently purchased this google tv chromecast to isolate&amp;nbsp;the hardware side assuming it was my older chrome cast device&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- Just upgraded to pixel 7 and outcome is the same on old pixel 4g 5a and now pixel 7, all voice commands instructing google to play "x"&amp;nbsp; on YouTube or YouTube music on "Family Room TV" (Name of my Google TV Chromecast device&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I have tried created a different&amp;nbsp;WLAN via LTE wifi device from a third party and from My phone hotspot and no difference&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I dont&amp;nbsp;possibly think there is anything else I can do to isolate the issue from a troubleshooting perspective aside from taking the device across the country to ping a different server&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- After my testing and troubleshooting the issue is clearly out of my hands and needs to be resolved via server side code update.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I am feeling a little ripped off at the moment&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;- I am open to any and all suggestions to resolve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Anthony&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ads experienced on Chromecast when premium member</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has been ongoing for sometime and I am feeling a little ripped off at this point.&amp;nbsp; I pay for youtube premium and experience the issue when I cast from YouTube Music to chromecast and not from YouTube.&amp;nbsp; Additionally it only happens when I cast via spoken voice to one of my google home devices asking it to "play x from youtube music on chromecast".&amp;nbsp; When I cast the same from home or computer by hitting the cast button the issue is not experienced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3Kmiruo" target="_blank"&gt;Chromecast&lt;/A&gt; device? Which &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/35HxV6K" target="_blank"&gt;Nest speaker&lt;/A&gt;? Do you have other music service subscriptions? If so, did you try it to isolate the issue? What steps have you tried so far?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2Nieif7" target="_blank"&gt;reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Nest speaker to refresh the device.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
