Nest Thermostat Offline

Recently installed a 3rd generation Nest Thermostat at holiday home worked fine while we were there , now ewe are home we have continuous offline message . A friend has checked power / WiFI and all working well .

ive tried all i can from the App , but may be missing something ? Help please
