Hi, Arletta Plunkett.

Thanks for posting to the community. I would be happy to help you out with your question about blocking devices from the network. Right now, there's no feature for blocking a single device from the network other than changing your password so that it can no longer connect, but if you are looking to temporarily stop its connection, you can always set up Family Groups and pause the device or even groups of devices. The instructions for doing that are below.

Pause and resume a specific device

Open the Google Home app .
Tap Wi-Fi Devices.
Next to the device you want to pause, tap Pause. To resume, tap Unpause.

Note: If a device is set as a priority device, you’ll need to end the priority setting before you pause the device. To pause a priority device, tap End now Pause.
