Problem has disappeared and Mesh is working on all connected devices including iPhone 11. The problem was confined to iPhone 11 as Apple iPad, TV's and Windows computers all had no problem. I have a sense that phoen was jumping to a different network.

Mesh router is connected to a Comcast combined modem and router and the other wifi network is still active. I have installed 25+ networks and never had a bridging issue.

My customer reports:

.I'm on my desktop (not an Apple device) and the internet shows a strong signal on the "Leo" network, which is the one connected to Google Mesh. But when I try to visit any website, including my Gmail, it doesn't load and says "no connection" even though my control panel shows it's connected. As an experiment, I disconnected from "Leo" (the Google Mesh network) and connected to my old network via the router ("Adam") and all works just fine immediately.

On my Iphone, the Wifi shows "Leo" but it usually gives me a message "No Internet Connection". Also, it often shows a "Privacy Notice" under the Leo wifi. When I disconnect Leo and connect using the old network, Adam, everything works just fine.

It seems that something on the Google Mesh network is blocking my internet connections. I have unplugged and restarted the main Mesh node a few times but it doesn't make a difference.

Any suggestions?

What does the Google Home app show and say about "Leo" when it's up and running? Speed test work ok? Mesh test pass ok? Curious why the customer has an "Adam" to connect to...is it running at the same time as Leo and maybe affecting it? Is Leo plugged into Adam's router instead of the modem maybe?
