Testing mesh connection

Every time I try to test the mesh connection on my new router and Wi-Fi point it fails. I’ve disconnected everything a couple of times as instructed on previous threads but this has not helped. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

You're not alone having this issue. Check earlier threads for things to try:

Thanks! So I followed the set up and then also the steps suggested on the previous post shared in response to this thread but that didn’t work.

Thanks for the update. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What's the message that you're getting when you try to do a mesh test?
How far are the child points from the parent point?
