I own 2 OnHub routers, but the upgrade code only lets me buy 1 Nest WiFi router. Why?

I'd like to get a second OnHub promo code so I can replace each of my OnHub routers with a Nest Router. How can I do that? It seems reasonable I should get one code per OnHub. And I require two Nest WiFi routers as I use the ethernet jacks on both.

PS- I only added the "Web Browser" label to this post because I was forced to, and there was no better option.

Sorry for your frustration here. I realize that many users have different use case scenarios and the promo fits them all differently. One thing you should be aware of, however, is that your OnHub devices will continue to function after the cutoff date, but you won't be able to manage them with the app. The promo code is more of a goodwill gesture for users that will want to upgrade to the newer devices and platform rather than a one to one replacement. I'm sorry for any disappointment you feel there.

So I'm curious: if I can't manage my OnHub routers with the app, how can I manage them?

Hey, wjmaclean.

At the cutoff, the devices will still provide signal and work, but you won't be able to manage them through the app at all. The product is reaching its end of life state, but you will still see functionality from them if they are configured.

Hmm, sorry, but I'm going to disagree. If I can no longer manage the device (change the WiFi password, setup static IPs, etc.) then the router no longer "works". It's just another piece of perfectly good hardware going to the recycling depot because it's no longer supported.
