Cannot setup Google Wifi

When trying to setup the Google WiFi during the creating Wi-Fi page it stops and an error message that the connection with the device failed appears, I tried setting up another Google WiFi device and using another phone to set it up but got the same results.

I also tried a factory reset of one of the devices but can't get past that step.

How can I set them up?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Google WiFi. I see that you already tried some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What;s the light status of your Google WiFi point when you get the message?
What's the OS version of the device that you're using to set it up?
Have you tried doing a 2 minute power cycle on your Google WiFi device?

Hi, after a lot of thinkering i gave up and switched to another mesh system.
