Hello @Daniel7

Do you currently have a Nest WiFi Router in your house? If so, then yes, you can follow the details in this page to connect another Nest WiFi Router unit (or a less expensive Google WiFi unit) in your shed as part of the same system: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7215624?hl=en

You'll need to make sure that cable is connected to an Ethernet network that starts with the LAN port of the primary Nest WiFi Router in your house. I would also pick up a couple of inexpensive (unmanaged) Ethernet switches to put on either end of that long cable run as well, just to isolate the more expensive Nest WiFi devices from it in case of a power surge or lightning strike, too.
