Nest WiFi is available and supported in these countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States (except Puerto Rico).

It might work just fine in Peru, though it may also try to use a 5GHz channel that isn't allowed by the Peru regulations, depending on which country the Nest WiFi system was originally intended for. That might be ok for the most part, but could also result in some client devices only connecting to it through the 2.4GHz band. That would work, but would be lower performance than the 5GHz band.

The bigger issue I would be concerned with is support. In the past, I know I have heard reports of people running into trouble and contacting support for help, but being denied due to the product being used in an unsupported country. I'd hate to see that happen to you after spending money on the product. So, my advice would be to select something that is supported for use in Peru, just to be safe.
