NEST Router does not allow naming and Password configuration

The Nest router will not complete the set up for naming and password and shows that it is not connected to internet although it is. Reset did not help.

However, I can access the internet through the original Router name but not change the name and secure it with a Password.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

Are you getting any messages when the setup fails?
What's the light status of your Google Wifi devices?
Who's your internet service provider?
