Hi, Loren.

I'm sorry for the issues you're having while trying to get your network set up. I imagine that's frustrating. I'll be happy to help you out with this so we can find a fix for you.

I do have a few questions for you.

Is this a new modem, or did you have it before the Nest WiFi?
Are you getting any error messages or codes during the setup?
Where in the setup process is it failing?

IF you could let me know a bit more, I'm sure we can get this worked out. I look forward to hearing back.
