Your HP printer is unable to connect to your wireless router. MAC address filtering may
be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting
to your wireless network during setup.
SOLUTION
1 If MAC address filtering is enabled and you would like to keep it enabled, you must
add the MAC address of your printer(available in this Test Report) to the list of
permitted devices for your wireless router before continuing.“

how can I get my printer back to be able to connect to my wifi network? It worked and suddenly not anymore. To add manually MAC address from printer into my google nest router I don’t know how to do. Please help.

I don't think the printer is accurately diagnosing the issue here. Meaning, I don't think this is a MAC filtering issue. Can you check to see if WPA3 is enabled on your network? To do that, tap the "Wi-Fi" bubble in the Google Home app, then tap the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then scroll down a bit to see if "WPA3" is enabled. If so, try disabling it. Hopefully, that will enable your printer to connect successfully. If it doesn't then there's another issue.

Some older devices have trouble connecting to networks that have enabled the WPA3 security standard. Most don't (even devices that only support WPA2). But, a few do have trouble with it.
