Multiple homes, different Wi-Fi providers. Help

Issue is, different locations different service providers, how do I synchronize, mini nest?

As in, I've identified different locations through Google home, what has been set at one location is jarggled, at another?

Lastly, many nest speaker will not, identify area yet connect to Wi-Fi automatically??

Yes this is operator error, but I followed all directions. Aside from a hard reset.
