My google point was offline. I could not get it back online. I tried resetting to the factory settings but it now will not power up.

Hi, Robert.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your WiFi point. That's confusing and I'm sure quite a bit frustrating. Let's see what we can do to fix this issue for you.

I do have some questions for you that will help us figure things out.

When you plug the device in, are you getting no indication of power, such as any status lights?
Have you tried swapping the power cable for the device that isn't powering for a cable table from another point or the main router?
When the device was showing as offline, was it still powered on at that point?

If you could let me know a little bit more, I am sure we can figure this out. I look forward to hearing more from you.

I am having the same issue. I have no indication of power. I have switch power cables and still does not power on.

Sorry about the issues you're seeing trying to get your device powered on. That sounds like quite a headache.
