No QR Code and No Setup Code

Needed to factory reset one of my Nest wifi points. There is no QR code or Setup code on the bottom of the device. How can I set it up?

Hey, jayjanke.

Sorry for the issues you're having getting your WiFi point set up. I know it can be frustrating to have part of your network offline like that. Let's see what we can do here to get your point working again.

The first time you set up the point, do you remember if you had a QR code present? Even if you did, and it's now missing (sometimes they were stickers that can get removed) we can still get the device set up. You mentioned that there is no code on the bottom of the point. Could you take one more look? It's actually engraved right into the rubber, and it's pretty hard to see. It should be right near the edge of the device.

If you still can't find a code, please let me know and we'll look at other options.
