Sorry to hear about the setup issues with your Canon printer. Having issues with a printer is always frustrating. Let's see what we can do to get it working properly.

Before we jump in fully, could you let me know which Canon printer you're using? The model will determine whether or not it needs a wired or wireless connection and whether or not it can contact directly or needs to go through some sort of cloud service. If you can let me know a little more, I'm sure we can get you working fully.
